Name	P09 - Reconstruction monitoring
Acronym	RCMON
Description	This product aims to measure the progress of reconstruction and effort undertaken over areas affected by disaster providing information about the status of objects of interest. The monitoring product should reflect the changes caused by reconstruction activities and the status of objects being reconstructed. The observations are made in planned time frames and recorded manually based on archived or new/up-to-date imagery. It is preferable that the damage assessment analysis similar to the one delivered by product P08 is used in the analysis of reconstruction.Within a single activation more than one monitoring product is allowed. This product may be used in the recovery phase of the disaster management cycle. The product belongs to the Risk and Recovery component, Standard category.
