Acronym
Description	High Resolution satellite imagery forms the input for the creation of many information products and services, such as land cover maps or high resolution layers on land cover characteristics. This product is multispectral optical image data covering EEA39 countries. Coverage 2 is mainly built on acquisitions of RapidEye data. This has been complemented with IRS, SPOT and Landsat data in order to reach full European coverage. The wave bands are VNIR, including red-edge. The image data has been ortho-rectified to 5m resolution.
