Data details

UID 925
Name Soil productivity information – Agricultural yield potential (2013)
Description Soil productivity information – Agricultural yield potential (2013) is a nationwide geospatial dataset/map of soil productivity (yield potential) for Germany, based on the Müncheberg Soil Quality Rating (SQR) method developed by the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF). It assesses the suitability of soils for agricultural production using multiple indicators (e.g. soil properties, climate, relief), producing a standardized index of yield potential.
