Name BD TOPO – Topographic Database
Description BD TOPO® – Topographic Database (Base de Données Topographiques) is one of the most important reference datasets produced by the National Institute of Geographical and Forestry Information (IGN-France). BD TOPO® is a three-dimensional vector database that represents in a structured way all the topographic and infrastructural objects of the French territory: buildings, roads, rivers, railways, vegetation, administrative boundaries, and much more. It is therefore the French equivalent of the high-precision "national topographic cartographic bases."
