Definition of requirement: the most common diplomatic building types are: chancellery (it hosts a diplomatic mission), embassy (the highest representation of a country in a foreign nation, including EU Delegations), consulate (a diplomatic office for administration purposes), honorary consulate (a consulate with limited capacities) and the residence of the ambassador (it does not need to be extracted unless it is the only diplomatic building in the area).
Categories expected: a subset of Reference buildings classified by the Feature Function attribute values (Diplomacy, Embassy, Institution) and on the Vertical Obstruction Identifier attribute that contains additional info related to the building (e.g. EU, Non-EU, Major International Organization, Relief Organization).
Mandatory attributes: Name, Building Type, Feature Function, IA Comments, Vertical Obstruction Identifier, Name Identifier.
