Description The European Monitoring and Evaluation Programme (EMEP) is a scientifically based and policy driven programme under the Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP) for international co-operation to solve transboundary air pollution problems. Five EMEP Centers and four Task Forces undertake efforts in support of the EMEP work plan. EMEP CCC provides data through the EBAS system at NILU. http://ebas.nilu.no/
