Description The indicator, which is computed based on forecasted Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) values derived from the long-range (i.e. seasonal) forecast system (SEAS5) of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), is used to provide the most robust information on extreme precipitation conditions
