Description
Atmospheric methane observations derived from satellite radiances, including column-averaged methane mixing ratio XCH4 and mid-tropospheric methane MTCH4 products. The data support monitoring of the spatial distribution and temporal evolution of methane and can be used for climate applications such as emission-source analysis, model evaluation, forcing input data, and methane growth-rate assessment.
