The Copernicus pan-European High-Resolution Snow & Ice products (HR-S&I), part of the biophysical products, describe the snow properties on land and ice occurrences on the hydrographic network. Mostly disseminated in near-real time (NRT), they are derived from high-resolution spatial observations, especially from synthetic aperture radar data from the Sentinel-1 constellation and from optical data from the Sentinel-2 constellation.
