Note	The IS 50V digital database consists of eight layers: contour lines and height points, structures, boundaries, transportation, hydrology, coastal line, surface and place names. It is constantly being updated by using a variety of sources and data, such as Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking for road, aerial photographs, Satellites Pour l'Observation de la Terre 5 (SPOT-5) satellite images or data from agencies and municipalities. The IS 50V also offers a height model derived from IS 50V contours, being available in the download Service.
