National spatial GIS vector dataset mapping drainage ditches within Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs) designated and monitored in England under Cycle 1 of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD). Features include unique identification identifiers equivalent to the WFD WB_ID schema to link protected ditch networks directly with environmental baseline status assessments. (Note: SSSI Ditches were designated as standalone water bodies specifically in WFD Cycle 1 and were not re-reported as discrete units in Cycle 2). |
